CANCELLATION POLICY:

Services cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge of the cost of service.

First Time Clients:

First time clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment start time. This will allow for intake forms and initial consultation to be completed, ensuring that you receive the full duration of your service.

Late arrivals:

In the case of a client’s late arrival, full duration of service cannot be guaranteed. No full or partial refunds will be given.

Payments:

Credit, debit, or cash payments accepted. We do not currently accept insurance, HSA, or FSA payments.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Many conditions, injuries, and illnesses are contraindicated for massage and bodywork therapy. If you have recently sustained an injury or have been in a motor vehicle accident, please allow three to seven days before scheduling a massage. In some instances, you may need to obtain clearance from a physician before receiving massage therapy services.

Fever, cold, and influenza are contraindications for massage and symptoms could be exasperated by receiving massage. Please consider the health and well-being of your therapist and those in our facility if you are currently dealing with a contagious illness. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is contagious or believed to be acutely ill.
